Assists Vice President of Business Administration and the Campus Administrative Coordinator with a variety of duties
Answer telephone and takes message, transfers to voice mail or provides callers with appropriate information.
May assist with other related clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
Coordinates materials, conference room space, reservations and lunches for training and recruiting meetings
Campus administration to include stocking kitchens and validating the offices are in order
Supply ordering for the campus and for branch locations across the country
Create and Develop Employee Appreciation Initiatives
Assists with onboarding new employees in the Administration Department
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work collectively with all partners at all levels
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Good problem-solving skills
Professional in appearance and behaviors
Works quickly with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
