Launch Your Leadership Career in Long-Term Care
Are you ready to take the next step toward becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator? We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and driven Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our leadership team. This position provides hands-on experience in every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations while preparing you for a successful career as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll gain practical knowledge in resident care, regulatory compliance, human resources, finance, admissions, quality improvement, customer service, and daily operations.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field preferred).
Must have successfully passed the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensing examor be officially scheduled to take the NHA licensing exam.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Passion for serving older adults and improving quality of care.
Preferred:
Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living.
Supervisory or management experience.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
