The Recruitment Coordinator engages with donors to schedule blood donations and implements recruitment strategies to meet goals at fixed site locations. They also provide customer service, manage donor eligibility, and assist in onboarding and training new staff.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with at least six months of customer service experience. Proficiency in computer skills is also necessary for the role.

Your impact as a Recruitment Coordinator is vital. Support Vitalant's life saving mission by actively engaging with our donors to schedule their next blood donation. Serving as a front-line hero, you play a pivotal role in achieving recruitment goals and coordinating donations at fixed site locations for present, past, and new donors making their next crucial blood contributions.
