The Permanency Case Manager will manage a caseload to assess family needs, develop permanency plans, and coordinate services to ensure child safety and reunification. They are responsible for conducting home visits, preparing court reports, providing testimony, and collaborating with various agencies to support long-term stability.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess the ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. The role also requires the use of a personal or agency vehicle for transporting children and the completion of a Predictive Index assessment.

In this impactful role, you will work directly with children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS and their families. You’ll assess needs, develop plans, and coordinate services to help families safely reunify—or ensure every child achieves permanency in the most nurturing setting possible.
