The Building Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for tenants and guests, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming environment across all building spaces. Responsibilities include managing meeting room readiness, coordinating vendor services, maintaining common area presentation, and providing proactive support for daily building operations.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, or property management roles. Proficiency in AV and conferencing technology, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented temperament are required for this on-site position.

OB Macaroni is more than an address. A historic three-floor building reimagined for the people who work within it, it carries a sense of place: a feeling that this is a building that knows you, anticipates you, and is glad you have arrived. The Building Concierge is the keeper of that feeling.
This is the most visible role in the building and its quiet center of gravity. You are the first face our tenants and their guests see. The reason the day moves without friction. You set the tone of every interaction, sense what a space or a person needs before it is asked for. You hold the entire environment - three floors, three breakrooms, every shared space - to a standard that feels effortless precisely because it is so carefully kept. Every detail, seen and unseen, is part of the same standard you keep.
We are hiring for a temperament as much as a résumé: someone for whom hospitality is instinct, not performance, and who finds genuine satisfaction in the small, intuitive acts of care that make a place feel exceptional.
True hospitality is measured in relationships, not transactions. The best concierges are remembered for the things no one asked them to do: the reservation made before the request, the room already set, the name recalled, the problem solved before it became one. That is the standard of this house. You will not simply staff a lobby. You will author an experience that makes tenants proud of where they work and reluctant to be anywhere else.
