The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring building and equipment compliance with regulations while executing complex repairs and preventative maintenance. They lead maintenance activities across the property, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, to maximize equipment performance and property appearance.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency with hand and power tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks are required.

Summary
The Senior Maintenance Technician has the overall responsibility to ensure building and equipment compliance with State and Federal regulations; ensure timely execution of complicated repairs and maintenance; maintain a high standard of building and property appearance/maintenance; execute a cost-effective preventative maintenance program focused on maximizing equipment performance and function; minimize repair/replacement costs/expenses.
