The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment by sanitizing resident rooms, common areas, and facilities. They must also manage cleaning supplies, operate equipment, and report any safety concerns to the facility management.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to follow safety guidelines, and basic math skills.
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position ensures that all areas of the facility are free of obstacles, odors, and debris, contributing to the overall health and comfort of those in our care.
This position has no supervisory requirements.
Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals
