The Clinical Trainer is responsible for onboarding and training clinical support staff on workflows, documentation, and operational processes across multiple clinic locations. They partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Medical Assistant or Clinical Lead and proficiency with Athena EHR. Ability to travel between Metro Detroit clinic locations and a passion for teaching and coaching are required.

This role will be based at our HQ in Southfield and float between multiple EPIC Health locations throughout Metro Detroit, providing hands-on training and support for new and existing staff. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical operations background, enjoys teaching and mentoring others, and thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments.
The Clinical Trainer will play a key role in standardizing workflows, improving staff confidence, and ensuring team members are fully equipped to deliver outstanding patient care and operational excellence.
