Responsible for the overall maintenance of an apartment community, including resolving work orders and performing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. The role also involves managing inventory and responding to after-hours emergency calls while living on-site.
Requires EPA certification (or ability to obtain it) and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Previous experience in multi-family property maintenance and HVAC/CPO certifications are strongly preferred.

We are currently looking for a Standby Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team to help support a positive experience for our residents.

This particular role must live on-site in a company-provided apartment, in return for being available to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis. This position requires the ability to complete all work orders assigned according to company policies and procedures.
