The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the daily supervision of field construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all trades. They must ensure project quality, safety compliance, and adherence to contracts and budgets throughout the construction process.
The ideal candidate must have 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically with 3-story wood frame projects. Strong communication skills, the ability to interpret complex plans, and knowledge of OSHA safety standards are required.
