The technician is responsible for restoring vacant apartment homes to market-ready status through various repairs and installations. Additional duties include completing administrative paperwork and assisting with snow and ice removal.
Candidates should have experience in building maintenance and HVAC, though the company is willing to train. Requirements include possessing own tools, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
