The Make Ready Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the restoration of apartment units to market-ready status by scheduling staff and contractors. They also manage inventory, perform quality inspections, and provide training and support to the turnover maintenance team.
Candidates must have previous supervisory experience and proficiency in various maintenance trades including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, while EPA certification is strongly preferred.
