The Leasing Consultant is responsible for presenting community information to prospective renters and processing lease applications. They also manage resident communications, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and resolve resident complaints.
Candidates must have previous sales or customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in multi-family property management and Yardi Voyager is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
