The Make Ready Maintenance Technician is responsible for restoring vacant apartment homes to market-ready status by performing repairs and maintenance tasks. This includes drywall work, painting, appliance repair, and assisting with seasonal property maintenance like snow removal.
Candidates should have experience in building maintenance trades such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, though the company is willing to train. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate professionally with residents are required.
