Responsible for the general upkeep, cleanliness, and landscaping of the apartment community, including parking lots and common areas. Duties include managing irrigation systems, removing trash, and performing seasonal snow and ice removal.
Candidates must be able to perform physical labor in extreme weather conditions and lift up to 80 pounds. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic computer proficiency are required.
