Position
The Account Executive, Women's & Enfant is responsible for supporting the growth and success of Moncler's Women's and Enfant wholesale business across North America by managing a portfolio of assigned wholesale accounts, developing new business opportunities, and executing commercial initiatives that support sales growth, client satisfaction, and brand visibility.
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, this individual supports seasonal business plans, manages market appointments, oversees the order lifecycle, and ensures operational excellence from product presentation through delivery. The Account Executive builds strong client relationships while upholding Moncler's luxury positioning and service standards across all wholesale partners.
Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, this role contributes to the achievement of wholesale objectives through effective account management, business analysis, and exceptional client service.
Your Impact
Account Management
Manage a portfolio of assigned wholesale accounts for the Women's and Enfant business while building strong, long-term client relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale partners, providing exceptional service and support throughout the selling season.
Participate in seasonal business reviews with assigned accounts and support action plans to achieve sales objectives.
Monitor account performance and recommend actions to support sales goals and business growth.
Manage the complete order lifecycle from market appointment through order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and delivery.
Proactively resolve client concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to grow existing wholesale accounts while supporting new business development initiatives.
Research prospective wholesale partners through market analysis, networking, and competitive benchmarking.
Support seasonal market appointments, showroom presentations, and product selling campaigns for existing and prospective accounts.
Assist in negotiating assortments, delivery schedules, and commercial terms while supporting overall business objectives.
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and consumer preferences to support business opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Commercial Execution
Support the execution of seasonal sales plans aligned with Moncler's commercial objectives.
Achieve seasonal and annual sales goals across assigned wholesale accounts.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support inventory availability, forecasting, replenishment opportunities, and order management.
Coordinate with Brand and Visual Merchandising to support seasonal product launches, promotional initiatives, and wholesale activations.
Share business insights and market observations with leadership to support commercial decision-making.
Utilize wholesale reporting tools and sales analytics to monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales performance using sell-through, inventory,margin, and other key business metrics.
Prepare account recaps, sales analyses, and regular business reports for leadership and wholesale partners.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activity, forecasts, seasonal orders, and sales performance within company systems, including Skypad and other ERP platforms.
Ensure contracts, pricing, and sales documentation are completed accurately and processed in a timely manner.
Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve account productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Brand, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to support commercial objectives and deliver an exceptional wholesale experience.
Share market feedback regarding consumer preferences, product performance, and competitive activity with internal partners.
Educate wholesale partners on Moncler's brand DNA, seasonal collections, product knowledge, and luxury service standards to support sell-through and strengthen brand desirability.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Work Experience
3–5years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or a related commercial role.
Luxury fashion or premium consumer goods experience preferred.
Experience managing department store and specialty retail accounts, preferably within women's luxury ready-to-wear, children's luxury apparel, or related luxury fashion categories.
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits
For positions based in New York, Moncler provides a good faith estimate of the salary range for the role. Actual compensation will bedeterminedbased on several factors, including business needs, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, and certifications. The current estimated base salary range for this position is$95,000 to $110,000 year.
In addition to competitivepay,thehired candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits packageincludingmedical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, 11 paid holidays, accrue up to120hoursof paid vacation time, 2 personal days, 2 community service days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
This position requires an on-site presence offour days per weekat the Moncler Corporate Office,locatedin SoHo, New York.
