Join ICONIQ's Capital Markets team, which plays a pivotal role in driving investor engagement, leading capital formation efforts, and advancing the firm's mission of backing transformative companies and ideas. Focused on our technology-oriented direct investment funds, the team partners closely with investors and the investment team to deepen relationships and support fundraising initiatives. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within Capital Markets. Capture and maintain meeting notes, contacts, and engagement data in Salesforce and other systems.
Process monthly expense reports and support time tracking and reporting requirements.
Anticipate executives' needs to ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day priorities.
Provide administrative support on team initiatives and special projects while partnering closely with colleagues across the Capital Markets team, including the London office.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness, including occasional support outside standard business hours.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of executive support or administrative experience, ideally within venture capital, private equity, private wealth management, management consulting, or investment banking.
Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging AI to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
What We Offer
Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance starting on your first day of employment.
Life and disability insurance coverage as well as family and wellness benefits including mental health benefits, fertility benefits, and back-up childcare.
A matching 401(k) program.
Commuter Benefits program.
Stipends to support wellness and hybrid working arrangements.
We support employees who wish to pursue professional designations/certifications and offer tuition reimbursement in addition to an allocation for books and other supplies needed for an individual's coursework.
Smart-casual dress code.
Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000.00-140,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
