Support the General Manager in leading daily airport operations, focusing on security, customer service, and sales goals. Manage a team of Ambassadors and Managers while maintaining strong relationships with TSA and airport partners.
Requires at least 5 years of leadership experience in high-volume, customer-facing environments such as retail or hospitality. Candidates must be able to pass a government background investigation and work a non-traditional schedule.
As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in leading and driving the daily operations of your location for a team of Ambassadors and Managers. The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a hands-on coach for security, customer service and sales.
The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 / year depending on level of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary and incentive compensation consistent with our current compensation program for this position at CLEAR. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
