Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell home renovation products. This includes presenting sales contracts and managing a full schedule of pre-set appointments to meet sales quotas.
Candidates should possess a persuasive personality, strong self-discipline, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Previous experience in B2C sales, hospitality, or real estate is considered a plus.
This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position: your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers. Average annual earnings are between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, and top performers make upwards of $350K.

In this position, you will:
· Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
· Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
· Promote company products and services
· Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
· Provide best-in-class customer experience
· Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
· Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
· Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales - a plus!
· Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline

· Approachable demeanor
· Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
