Your Role at impact.com:
impact.com is building the future of commerce through trusted partnerships and the communities that power them. As the creator economy rapidly evolves, the company is investing in a Strategic Marketing Program Manager to lead the next generation of integrated, cross-channel marketing initiatives.
This role sits at the center of impact.com’s performance marketing solutions, shaping how impact.com brings its vision of the Partnership Economy to life. The Strategic Marketing Programs Manager will own both the strategy and execution of scalable programs that connect creators, brands, and partners—translating insights and trends into campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role means acting as the connective tissue between market insights, customer voice, creator trends, product strategy, and GTM execution to turn fragmented inputs into scalable narratives, programs, and revenue-driving campaigns.
What You'll Do:
Program Strategy & Execution
Lead end-to-end development of strategic B2B and supply-side creator marketing programs, from concept through launch and optimization
Align initiatives to core business priorities, including pipeline generation, product adoption, and customer growth
Creator & Affiliate Thought Leadership
Shape and articulate a compelling narrative around the convergence of creator and affiliate marketing that resonates with performance marketers
Partner with internal experts to bring forward data-backed insights and industry trends
Deliver high-impact campaigns, reports, and activations that position impact.com as a leader in the creator economy
Product & Solution Marketing
Develop a deep understanding of impact.com's Creator and partnership automation solutions, including product capabilities, platform integrations, and customer use cases
Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product teams to translate product innovations into market-facing programs and campaigns
Help define messaging, positioning, and customer education strategies that drive product understanding and adoption
Support product launches, feature rollouts, and strategic GTM initiatives through integrated marketing programs
Serve as a subject matter expert on creator-focused solutions and industry trends, helping bridge technical product capabilities with customer needs
Cross-Functional Leadership & GTM Alignment
Act as the central driver across Product Marketing, Sales, Content, Strategic Marketing, RevOps, and Communications to align messaging, timelines, and execution
Translate strategy into cohesive go-to-market activations across teams
Ensure programs are amplified across owned, earned, and paid channels
Identify opportunities to extend impact through research, storytelling, PR, and sales enablement
Customer & Partner Marketing
Source and activate customer stories, creator success cases, and co-marketing opportunities
Collaborate with customers, creators, and tech integration partners on joint campaigns
Develop programs that drive product awareness, education, and adoption
Performance & Optimization
Define and track success metrics across programs, including pipeline, CAC, engagement, and ROI
Analyze performance and generate insights to continuously improve outcomes
Communicate program impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership
What this role owns:
End-to-end strategy and execution of integrated B2B and tech partner marketing programs across owned and paid channels
Lead marketing initiatives with top-earning creators on the impact.com platform
Own partnership and paid thought leadership efforts for sponsorship package with a top industry trader publication
Translation of business priorities into scalable, data-driven programs that drive pipeline, product adoption, and revenue
Development of flagship campaigns and initiatives, from insight and narrative creation through launch and optimization
Cross-functional orchestration across Creator Consulting, Product Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and RevOps
Alignment and management of stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables across complex, multi-channel initiatives
Definition and tracking of success metrics (e.g., pipeline, ROI, engagement), with ongoing performance optimization
Continuous testing, learning, and iteration to improve program effectiveness and efficiency
Elevation of impact.com’s voice and thought leadership in the creator economy through insight-driven marketing programs
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, or program management
Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and performance marketing
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
Strong project management experience and familiarity with assisting software
Demonstrated experience building integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Analytical mindset with a track record of driving measurable business results
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Key Knowledge Required
Background working within the creator economy, or with creators, influencers, and/or media partners preferred
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, and project management tools like Asana and Jira
Experience executing co-branded research and/or thought leadership initiatives
Familiarity with partnership automation, affiliate platforms, or creator tools a plus
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
