The Service Coordinator handles customer calls, dispatches work orders, and schedules maintenance for technicians and subcontractors. They are also responsible for procurement of materials, processing invoices, and maintaining customer satisfaction records.
Candidates should have a college degree, trade school certification, or equivalent experience, with a preference for 1-3 years in dispatch or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial knowledge of accounts payable/receivable are required.
