The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and programming security and site automation solutions. They will perform on-site service visits to homes and businesses to install and maintain fire, video, and access control systems.
Candidates must have technical aptitude, strong verbal communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. A valid driver's license and a high school degree or equivalent are required for this position.

The Residential Service Technician’s primary functions and responsibilities are that of troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing and programming existing security and site automation solutions.
