The Field Service Representative manages warranty inspections, job-site training, and product investigations for commercial roofing projects. They provide on-site technical assistance and generate detailed reports to ensure quality installations within their assigned territory.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in construction or commercial roofing. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for training and field work are required.
Job Summary

This is a remote position where the FSR will create their schedule and work from home when not in the field. The FSR will provide industry leading technical and customer service for CCM’s Commercial Roofing customer base. The FSR manages warranty inspections, job-site training, warranty claim investigations, training, product support, and generation of internal and external reports.
Service, promote, demonstrate, and train on the various roofing products and accessories. Service a regional territory or customer base to ensure quality installations of Carlisle Construction Materials products. This job typically operates Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend work and travel.

Training & Travel Requirements:
This position includes a paid 9–12-week training program consisting of both classroom instruction at our corporate office in Carlisle, PA and hands-on field training at various locations throughout the United States. Travel, lodging, and meal expenses during training are fully covered by the company.
During the training period, employees should expect a combination of travel and time spent in Carlisle, PA. While some weekends may allow for travel home, candidates must be available to remain in Carlisle on destinated weeks as needed throughout the duration of the program.
