The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, including staff scheduling, management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for maintaining store standards, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Candidates must have a valid SellSafe Certification and at least 3 years of retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
