The Shift Leader assists store management in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Candidates must possess a valid CannSell license and have at least 2 years of retail experience, with a preference for cannabis industry background. The role requires the ability to pass a police background check and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
