The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, training, and directing on-site janitorial staff to ensure safety and quality standards are met. They manage shift assignments, performance issues, timekeeping, and inventory while maintaining regular site inspections.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of janitorial supervisory experience, with preference given to those with automotive plant experience. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desired.
