The Territory Manager oversees a service territory by supervising route representatives, managing customer retention, and driving business growth. They are responsible for coaching staff, ensuring safety compliance, and conducting regular customer visits to identify service and sales opportunities.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and at least two years of experience in service or route-based industries. The role requires a valid driver's license, DOT certification, and the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Overview
The Territory Manager has responsibility of an assigned service territory with direct supervision of route representatives. Responsible for Territory service safety and results, including but not limited to, customer retention, growth of the business, loss and ruin, piece budget, employee retention, accounts receivable (AR) collection, customer renewals, Vestis direct sales, customer satisfaction, route sales and credits.
