The Retail Manager I supports the Unit General Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation standards. Broad Responsibilities: Support the Unit General Manager in overseeing retail operations by helping deliver exceptional results, reinforcing a great culture, and maintaining strong client relationships. Assist in achieving financial, operational, and customer service objectives while promoting a best-in-class work environment. Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel during assigned shifts to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Retail standards and company policies and procedures.
