Position Overview
Do you enjoy delivering exceptional service while helping others turn their travel dreams into reality? We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our remote team as Travel Client Experience Specialists.
In this role, you'll assist clients from their initial travel inquiry through their final itinerary, providing personalized recommendations, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating outstanding client experiences in a flexible work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and local attractions
Create customized travel recommendations based on each client's needs and interests
Coordinate reservations and travel services using approved booking platforms and supplier resources
Prepare and deliver itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documents, and important pre-travel information
Assist clients with itinerary adjustments, reservation updates, and special travel requests
Review travel plans to help ensure reservations and documentation are accurate and complete
Stay engaged with clients leading up to departure to provide updates and ongoing assistance
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and travel details within company systems
Work with preferred travel partners to help deliver exceptional travel experiences
Participate in destination education, supplier training, and continuing professional development
