Location: Princeton, NJ, US
Our Global Enterprise Services (GES) team is seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to deliver high‑quality master data services in partnership with our outsourced providers. As the Master Data Management Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely across teams, uphold Service Level Agreements, and actively contribute to process enhancements that strengthen our global data operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Maintain master data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in SAP and other dependent systems
Provide timely responses to requested services and establish appropriate working relationships with internal customers
Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business rules by providing adequate support
Ensure all communications are managed via Service Now ticketing tool
Support Continuous Improvements Projects and Process Documentation updates
Perform Root Cause Analysis on master data quality issues and drive continuous improvement on processes and systems

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $50,000-$70,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
