The Overnight Youth Monitor is responsible for supervising clients during the night shift, conducting security checks, and maintaining a safe environment. They must also document client behavior and ensure effective communication with the team.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years old. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license and the ability to pass background checks and physical screenings are required.
