The Operations Coordinator provides leadership, administrative authority, and operational oversight within a residential treatment facility, supporting high-quality, compliant services for youth and contributing to facility-wide operations and decision-making.
Salary: $73,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight of front-line supervisors to maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment.
Collaborate with clinical, educational, and operational teams to support individualized treatment planning and coordinated program delivery.
Support staffing coverage, scheduling, and timekeeping practices to ensure compliance, continuity of care, and responsible use of overtime.
Ensure program operations and documentation meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
Participate in treatment team discussions and provide guidance related to youth behavior, progress, and program needs.
Support admissions, discharges, and overall client flow to promote smooth and effective facility operations.
Serve as a communication link between front-line supervisors and leadership, reinforcing expectations and organizational values.
Model and promote the organization’s mission, philosophy of care, and guiding principles.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in residential and/or non-residential program or facility operations; OR
High school diploma or equivalent and at least six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in residential and/or non-residential program or facility operations
Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
