The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services, daily operations, and staff supervision at residential drug and alcohol treatment programs. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with clinical documentation, managing budgets, and coordinating care for participants.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of clinical experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass criminal background screenings are required.

Job Qualifications:
Have a working knowledge of corporate and program policies and procedures
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
Demonstrate good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Be 21 years of age or older Basic working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
