The Site Manager is accountable for the daily operations of a small- to medium-sized site and the supervision of a small team. Key duties include managing contracted services, ensuring achievement of Service Level Agreements, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B or technical environment, including customer-facing roles. Two years of management or leadership experience is strongly preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Accountable for the daily operations of a small- to medium-sized site and manages a small team. Oversees contracted services including, but not limited to, Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality Services, Imaging Services, and Mail Services.
Responsible for assessing talent, supporting employee career development, conducting performance management activities, and providing employee counseling with support from assigned leadership.
