Assists the Janitorial Services Supervisor in training and supervising staff to ensure adherence to the contract statement of work. Responsibilities include performing quality control inspections, managing work schedules, and monitoring supplies and equipment.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and experience working with people with disabilities. Candidates must have supervisory experience or significant janitorial experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.
This position is responsible for assisting the Janitorial Services Supervisor with providing on-the-job training and supervision to all employees in the performance of janitorial duties. A primary responsibility of this position is adherence to the contract statement of work for the project. Duties will include the initial and ongoing training of employees, management of and ongoing communication with employees, preparation of the work schedules of cleaning duties, inspection of work to ensure quality; assisting the Supervisor in monitoring inventory levels to insure adequate janitorial supplies and monitoring and maintaining the operating conditions of motor vehicles and janitorial equipment related to the effective work performance of the janitorial worker.
