The busser is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables within a three-minute timeframe. They also communicate table availability to hosts and servers while performing light housekeeping duties.

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean re-set tables within 3 minutes.
