Responsible for the acquisition and development oversight of residential lot projects in specific markets. This includes managing the acquisition pipeline, overseeing due diligence, and coordinating land development functions to meet business objectives.
Requires a bachelor's degree and seven to ten years of related experience in land development or investments. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Directly manages two or more employees in the Operations Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
