The Assistant Superintendent assists in managing community job sites, including scheduling subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety compliance. They also conduct homeowner orientations and walk-throughs to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 2 years of related construction experience. Proficiency in MS Office, the ability to read construction plans, and a valid driver's license are required.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Assistant Superintendent. The right candidate will assists the Superintendent with the management of the community job site as it relates to home construction while providing excellent customer service. This includes but is not limited to assisting in scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, cost management, homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, community maintenance and upkeep, and enforcing safety standards.
