Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.
Kiewit Mexico is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility is to provide deskside and remote support to Kiewit employees, Kiewit subsidiaries, partners, contractors working for Kiewit and job site subcontractors (where/when applicable). This position supports and assists with implementing Kiewit Technology Group policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems and equipment in the field
Provide support to end-users and assist with technical issues
Perform repairs of software components
Administer user accounts, passwords, and permissions for various systems
Monitor and maintain network systems for optimal performance and uptime
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in IT support or related field
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with LAN/WAN networking protocols and hardware
Experience with ticketing system - ServiceNow (desirable)
Knowledge of audiovisual technology in video conference rooms (desirable)
