Supervise and coordinate multiple HDD and hydrovac crews to ensure utility projects meet production targets and safety standards. Oversee drill planning, bore execution, and quality control while coordinating with project managers and Xcel Energy representatives.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in HDD operations and 2 years of experience supervising multiple crews. Must have strong knowledge of underground utility construction and a valid driver's license.

We are actively hiring an experienced Supervisor to lead and oversee multiple drill and Hydrovac crews supporting utility projects for Xcel Energy.
