The Mortgage Loan Originator will interview applicants to determine financing options and manage the loan pipeline from application to funding. They are responsible for developing sales leads within builder communities and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal operations teams.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess one to two years of related mortgage experience. A valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and a state-required Mortgage Loan Originator license are mandatory.
