The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for interviewing applicants, educating them on financing options, and managing the loan pipeline from application to funding. They also conduct business development and market loan products within builder communities and real estate offices.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, one to two years of related experience, and a valid state Mortgage Loan Originator license. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for travel to builder communities.
