MAERSK INTERNSHIP 2026 - SEED PROGRAM

Welcome to our 6-month Internship Program at Maersk Cambodia, where we connect talent with opportunity in the dynamic world of logistics! This program is designed to offer aspiring professionals a hands-on experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, operational excellence and much more.

OPENING POSITION:

1/ Customer Experience Intern (Supply Chain Management Intern):

• Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.

• Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

• Maintain and update customer records in the system.

• Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes.

• Join projects assigned by the Manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Final-year students who can commit to work full-time for 6 months from 05th/October/2026 or fresh graduates.

• Majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields.

• Proficient in English (4 skills). Candidates who can use another foreign language other than English (especially Chinese) will have a huge advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Must be a native Cambodian.

• Have good communication and teamwork skills.

• Data-driven and proactive. High learning agility and a Willing-to-do mindset
