Provide administrative support to the sales team by maintaining truck inventory in the CRM and tracking proposals. Prepare and verify closing documents, including payment, licensing, and titling information.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of both. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of automotive title and license requirements is preferred.
Provide administrative sales support to New and Used Truck Managers and Sales Team.
Maintain new and used truck inventory in Arcadium CRM.
Track proposals for truck sales.
Prepares closing documents and verifies accuracy and completeness.
Gathers information from various sources, to ensure all criteria are met for closing of sale, including payment documentation or payoff information, licensing, and titling.
Enter order information into the company database, ensuring accurate records of sales transactions.
Working knowledge of automotive title and license requirements for IRP, GA, and AL is a plus
Previous experience supporting a sales team is preferred.
Must be able to work independently, with little supervision.
Ability to work on multiple projects/closing simultaneously, with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
General knowledge of real estate or real property sales transaction process is highly preferred.
Experience with Excel is required
