POSITION SUMMARY:
The Legal Assistant will work directly with their attorney and litigation paralegal to support ongoing cases in compliance with Georgia’s Rules of Civil Procedure. Responsibilities include obtaining medical records, updated bills, liens, loans, and PIP logs; drafting legal documents for attorney review; and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
