Responsible for the trim out of modular and double wide homes, including performing electrical and water tests. The technician must coordinate assignments with homeowners and Cavco and conduct final walk-throughs with customers.
Must have experience in trim, molding, and drywall, along with a service box truck or enclosed trailer capable of hauling 16ft materials. Requirements include owning necessary tools, a generator, a valid driver's license, and a 1 million dollar liability insurance policy.

Requirements:
Must have a service box truck or enclosed trailer that can haul 16ft material.
Have your own tools to preform service, including generator.
Have a driver's license and auto insurance in your name or company name.
Carry a 1 million lability insurance policy with Cavco listed on policy.
Service technician well be responsible for the trim out of modular and double wide homes.
All building materials are provided.
Do electric and water test on homes.
A check list will be provided for the contractor to follow.
Discusses assignment with homeowner and Cavco.
Once service work is finished, do a walk through with customer and follow up call with Cavco
