The Case Manager assists attorneys by managing personal injury case files from intake to closing and preparing comprehensive settlement demands. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers to secure necessary documentation.
Candidates should ideally have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience as a case manager, paralegal, or insurance adjuster. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a typing speed of at least 35 wpm are required.

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload. The Case Manager will assist the attorney in developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.
