The RoleYou'll be intimately involved in developing asylum cases, handling both substantive and administrative tasks throughout client representation. Working closely with attorneys, you'll assist clients in developing case statements, advise on evidence gathering, write portions of legal briefs, and conduct country conditions research. You'll also serve as a key point of contact with clients, communicating daily via phone and email in both English and Spanish to move cases forward and ensure an excellent client experience. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience as a paralegal in an immigration law firm is preferred but not required - we'll teach you everything you need to know about U.S. asylum procedures and prioritize your professional development.
This role is open to candidates located in Argentina.

This position offers a monthly gross salary of USD 2,100, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
