Job Summary

The Automation Specialist is responsible for identifying, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes to ensure reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and user guides.
• Support system integrations between business applications and platforms.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for automation implementations.
• Provide training and support to end users on automated processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in process automation, system administration, software development, or related roles.
• Experience with automation platforms such as:
  • RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Zapier
  • Make (Integromat)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or VBA is an advantage.

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Location: BGC
Work Schedule: Tues - Sat
Rest Day: Sun and Monday
Time: 12midnight - 9:00am
