The Switchboard Operator manages high-volume incoming calls, routing them to appropriate personnel and providing general facility information. They also serve as the primary contact for emergency calls, initiating mass-notification procedures and coordinating with emergency responders.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience operating multi-line telephone systems. Candidates must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a Tier 1 background investigation and PIV/CAC credentials.
