Acts as a professional point of contact between federal customers, stakeholders, and the public to handle inbound and outbound communications. Responsibilities include verifying caller identity, documenting interactions in CRM systems, and escalating sensitive or emergency issues to appropriate authorities.
Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in a customer-facing telephone role. Candidates must be U.S. citizens capable of passing a Tier 2 public trust investigation and proficient in Microsoft 365.
