Candidates must have over 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Dayforce, Pelesys, and Articulate 360 is preferred along with strong collaborative and organizational skills.
Overview of role:
The Analyst Learning / Learning Management Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operation as well as forward looking improvements for multiple Learning Management Systems and other learning systems within WestJet. As a trusted partner the Learning Management Systems Analyst works with Business Units to understand their LMS requirements, make recommendations for the best solution for the need, and implement agreed upon solutions
