The Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for disability-related inquiries and coordinates the administration of various leave programs including STD, LTD, and Workers' Compensation. They also manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure compliance with privacy legislation and internal policies.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in group benefits, disability administration, or medical case management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are required.

The Opportunity:
Supports the organization’s disability management, employee health and wellness programs by serving as the primary intake across Canadian operations. This role provides administrative and operational support for occupational and non‑occupational disability programs, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and general HR activities. The Analyst also contributes to policy administration, employee inquiries, documentation management, and cross‑functional support within the HR team to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient service delivery.
