Responsible for end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and standardization using the ARIS platform to support BPM and Process Mining initiatives. Acts as a bridge between business collaborators and the BPM Hub to ensure high-quality process design and governance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field with mandatory expertise in ARIS process mapping. Candidates should have a solid understanding of BPM methodologies and experience in end-to-end process documentation.

The BPM Process Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and standardisation using the ARIS platform, supporting BPM and Process Mining initiatives across Customer and products / downstream domain.
The role acts as a critical bridge between business collaborators and the BPM Hub (COE), ensuring high-quality process design aligned to enterprise standards while enabling process transparency, optimisation, and governance.
